This always happens during the weekends. Whenever I'm busy and when there's a lack of news during the weekdays, the weekends will have tons of Alyson news rolling in. Anywho, I have a great update for you today.

First Up, I received an email today from Adam Sibley from the Talented Young People organisation a not for profit organisation set up to help young people. It seems that Alyson was nominated for the September Talented Young Person Award and she's up against her Camp Rock costars, Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato, and Nick Jonas is far ahead by a huge margin! Let's show our support for Alyson by voting for her!


Talented Young People of the Month Awards

The Talented Young Person of the month award has been set up by the Talented Young People organisation to recognise young people who are excelling with their talent.

The awards aren't just about the amount of money they are earning or the notoriety someone has the judging is done on an individual basis and is based on criteria such as improvement, level, impact and dedication. As well as recognizing household names we want to also recognise talented young people who don't get the amount of attention that famous young people do.

CAMP ROCK FREESTYLE JAM WITH ALYSON & ROSHON + Candids!

I'm such a lousy webmiss these days, haha, sorry for the lack of updates. I seriously find it hard nowadays to update, so aplogies for that.

Anyway, Alyson will be cohosting with Roshon Fegan for a special screening of Camp Rock the movie that will air on Disney Channel on September 20th!! It'll be a Camp Rock Pop-up edition, so read below to find out more.




A dance-along version of the popular U.S. television movie "Camp Rock" is to air later this month, the Disney Channel said Wednesday.

"Camp Rock Freestyle Jam" is an encore presentation of "Camp Rock," featuring two of the movie's stars, Alyson Stoner and Roshon Fegan, in pop-ups encouraging viewers to create their own dance moves.

The new edition is set to air Sept. 20 on the Disney Channel.

The channel also said that since premiering in the United States June 20, "Camp Rock" has reached more than 45.4 million unduplicated viewers worldwide. It is set to debut later this month in India, Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe, highlighted by a premiere and concert appearance in London by the movie's co-stars the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.

I'm sure you've seen or heard around the net that the Camp Rock 2 rumored plot was released recently. Well, i'm not sure whether that information is credible since there was no source provided, so, I won't post it here until there's a valid source. For now, just take note that they will only begin filming around May next year, so that's still a long wait.

I'm so sorry for not updating in a while, cos' I've been so busy these past few days. Also, I didn't have much things to update since I can't search for the news and also most of the things that involves Alyson airs on the US Disney Network, so, i can't make captures of that or anything. Though you can always check out Alyson Stoner Online for all the latest videos, commercials and magazine scans with Alyson in it.

I have several various candids of Alyson though, found from all over the internet, from candids of her at the Cheetah Girls Red Carpet, to her appearances at Build a Bear Workshop promoting Alice the movie, to candids at the backstage of Teens Choice Awards and others. Alyson attended the Cheetah Girls movie premiere yesterday! She looks gorgeous in that pink floral dress and that white heels. Along with Disney's other stars like Jason Dolley and Jennifer Stone, they supported the Cheetah girls at their premiere. Here's a snippet of the event.

There's two more hours left before Alyson's Official Birthday, but it's already August 11th here in Singapore. So, i thought i'd just wish her a Happy Advanced 15th Birthday!!!! Click on the banner below to check out the birthday photos of Alyson that she posted on her official youtube.

Heya, sorry for not updating in the past few days. Anyways, several stuff to share with you today. I've added about ten random candids of Alyson from all sorts of events to the gallery, from candids on the set of Camp Rock with the Jonas Brothers, Meaghan Martin, and some during an event that she attended with her Alice movie directory, Sandy Tung. On August 17th, be sure to tune in to Disney Channel for "Camp Rock: Extended Ending Sneak Peak" which will be airing August 17, 2008 that will be cohosted by Alyson and Demi!! Check out the promo of the sneak peek below.



On Camp Rock Movie 2 the sequel news, i've got information that release date for Camp Rock 2 has been tentatively set for June 7, 2009.!! Almost a year away and they'll probably start filming in the earlier half of 2009, so, let's hope Alyson will come back for the second movie and probably have her own love interest too! *grins* Here's more information.

Pre-Production for Disney Channel's Camp Rock 2 will likely get underway shortly, now that Camp Rock has aired. Actual filming would not begin until early 2009. Also, I have been told that the Jonas Brothers will all share equal screen time in Camp Rock 2, and that the youngest member of the family, Frankie Jonas will make an appearance. Demi Lovato is also set to return.

There will likely be open call auditions for dancers as there was for High School Musical 3. No dates or locations are set for open calls at this time.



Anyways, I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to the amazing Jets who sent me the Alice Upside Down DVD!! He's truly awesome cos' he knows that they don't sell the DVD here in Singapore, and he generously sent over a copy to me which i've received recently. So, that means that I'll be adding the screencaptures from Alyson's first lead role in a movie soon, and all of this are thanks to Jets. Thanks so much again for the DVD! Check back soon once i've completed capturing the movie.

Alyson at Teens Choice Awards Backstage + New Interview + Singing "Free Spirit"!

It seems Alyson DID go to the Teens Choice Awards 2008, though she didn't exactly walk the blue carpet. Some fans saw Alyson at the press entrance of the awards show and managed to snap some shots with her. She looks good with the ponytail hairstyle. Check the photos below! Thanks to Jets for the heads up, there's another new interview that Alyson did with VervegirlVeronica where she wore the same dress that she did at one of the Jonas Brothers concert! Alyson talks about her characters on both the Camp Rock movie and the Alice Upside Down movie.

Speaking of Alice upside down, someone uploaded just a short sneak peek of Alyson's singing part on the movie where she sang the song Free Spirit both horribly and wonderfully. The horrible singing was just part of the acting though, so, don't think that she can't carry a tune or anything. Lol. Check out the two vids below!

TGIF! Happy first of August! How fast the month of July passes by, and there's more Alyson related news coming at ya. First up, thanks to OceanUp, It seems that Alyson, and some of Nickelodeon stars, Devon Werkheiser, Jennette McCurdy and the girl who plays Roxy were at some Willy Wonka event recently. Check out some of the photos of Alyson with the so-called orange "Oompa Loompas!"

Also, thanks to Belinda, here's an autographed Alice Upside Down poster that she got during one of those meet and greets appearances at the Build A Bear workshops.

It seems that Alyson and her "brother" Lucas Grabeel appeared on a segment on MyFox St Loius promoting the release of their Alice Upside Down Movie on July 29th! They both look great, and I love Alyson's outfit. Check out their video below. The cast and producers of "Phineas and Ferb" addressed the press at Comic Con International 2008 at the San Diego Convention Center on Sunday, July 27, 2008. All of which suggests that Alyson should draw a big crowd when she meets with fans and signs autographs at the Build-A-Bear Workshop at Downtown Disney at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26.

GO TEAM LIGHTNING! Congrats to Alyson's Blue team for winning the first Disney Channel Games Event of this year. It was really a tight race and it's great to see the Blue team working hard to win their first game. Eventhough there wasn't many familliar faces on the Blue, i'm glad they're still having so much fun. There's TONS of new videos and pictures from the DCGames website, so, check them all out below. I've finally uploaded the captures from the Camp Rock Movie in HD to the gallery for your viewing. Since Alyson was a major character in the movie, there's more than 600 captures of her that I've managed to make. Check them all out below! Pegasus News in Dallas did a phone interview with Alyson before her appearance at the Blockbuster at Press Royal for the Alice movie DVD, and here's a nine minute long audio for you to download and listen. Here's a summary of what was covered in the interview.

Super thanks to Zhar for the heads up, Alyson did a commercial for ZAXBYS eating place with Cody Linley recently and they're airing the commercials now. There's a couple of videos/commercials that's already up on the site, so, be sure to check it out. The two of them are hilarious. The food actually looks scrumptious. Also, it's also kinda a reunion for Cody and Alyson, cos' they're both in Cheaper By the Dozen 1 movie! Remember Quinn, the bad kid? Haha...Click on the two images to see the videos.

Sorry for not updating in a while. Anyways, got some new things for you today! Firstly, Alyson was in Times Square in the early weeks of July at Dave's and Buster, and she was interviewed by Kids Day for Virginia Gazette during the promotin of Alice Upside Down DVD. There's a very interesting interview done, along with a photo and video of Alyson as well as the interview transcript. Check them all out below! The video is slightly different than the interview transcript, so, be sure to watch that too. If someone could help to rip the video and upload it on youtube, that would be awesome.





I've also added the photos of Alyson during the Much Music on Demand interview a while ago, so, for those who has yet to view it, I've added it to the gallery. 19th–Meet with winners of Build-A-Bear Contest and show a screening of Alice Upside Down

20th–Attending a family appreciation event at a nearby dance studio

23rd-24th– Radio Tour

26th– Build-A-Bear appearance + Leave for San Diego

27th– Promote Phineas and Ferb at Comicon!!!


Whoa....busy busy month for Alyson. Let's hope I'll be able to catch up on all of those too. Haha...

Alyson on Much Music Canada + More candids + ASP Teaser!

Thanks for the birthday wishes. *grins* Anyway, awesome heads up by jets! It seems that Alyson DID turn up for the Much Music Canada interview on July 7th, and there's a video for you to check out. It's a good interview with Alyson and she looks great in that appearance. Click below to check it out. Thanks to oldmember on youtube for capping and uploading it! The other two videos are fan videos taken during the Lisle appearance.









I've also added various candids of Alyson with Meaghan Martin during their appearance on July 5th at Lisle. Thanks to the original owners of those photos for uploading them on the ASP myspace. To the US visitors, Happy Fourth of July!! To the rest, enjoy your weekends and stay safe. For now, here's a quick update with all the various videos that can be found online with appearances by Alyson, including a deleted scene from Camp Rock the movie where Alyson's character, Caitlyn, showed the girls her own recording studio! In addition, Alyson also appears in the Jonas Brother's Living the dream episode where she shows some cool dance moves and a whole lot more! Check them all out below.
